Want to start small with short chats? Do you just need someone to share your worries with? A friendly face to celebrate the small wins and listen to your news? A companion to speak to when you feel alone? A gentle way into coaching with encouragement and follow ups but led by YOU. This can be ideal for:
People who feel isolated - especially vanlifers
People who feel invisible and not heard
People who want to share or offload with someone they can trust who is independent
Parents of home-schooled youngsters - and the students themselves.

You can choose from the traditional coaching element OR you can simply:

​ 20 minute check-in via Facetime or Videochat and quick wellbeing chat - up to 4 at arranged times
WhatsApp check-in. A WhatsApp texted chat throughout a day x 4 dates at arranged times (suits those who are neurodiverse or prefer to keep their anonymity)
A mixture of the above - we can arrange this if it suits you better
